Alabama Contractors
TECHTRAINING llc, an approved Continuing Education Provider by Alabama Home Builders Licensing Board (HBLB), is pleased to offer Alabama Contractors, continuing education courses to earn the required credits to renew their licenses.
Alabama HBLB requires Residential Contractors to earn 6 Continuing Education Credits for renewal of their licenses. Renewals for issuance of 2024 licenses begin October 1, 2023.
Fresh Concrete Testing
Two (2) credits. This course, approved by HBLB as an "Alabama Specific" course, covers the seven procedures usually performed on concrete before placement, and it reviews the equipment necessary to perform the test, step-by-step performance instruction, and final calculations. HBLB course approval # C-104.
Introduction to Construction Management
Four (4) Credits. This course reviews markets, participants, contracts, controls, safety, and code. HBLB course approval # C-105.
